HOG (2026)

HOG is an unpredictable story of a young student finding unexpected love at a liquor store. Inspired equal parts by Tao Lin, Colleen Hoover, Tim Rogers, and Jesper Juul. Meldrum interweaves alt-lit prose, media theory, video essay narration, and BookTok romance in a surprising confessional novel underscoring the worst, and best, parts of being a 25-year-old hipster in Victoria, BC following the Covid-19 pandemic and its social aftershock.
